Last October, Food and Wine magazine presented their first annual Los Angeles Food and Wine Festival with events in Downtown LA, Santa Monica, Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Thousands of people flocked to the four day event for a chance to sample hundreds of eclectic dishes and drinks offered by local venues and celebrity chefs. Some of last year's celebrity chefs include: Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, Roy Choi and Wolfgang Puck.

Last year, the final Downtown Los Angeles event sponsored by Lexus included a revolving bar, showcasing various alcoholic concoctions held by viles and beakers. Mixologists behind the bar created hand-stirred Manhattans and Champagne cocktails.

This year, the second annual event will arrive on August 9th and continue until the 12th with all proceeds benefiting St. Vincent Meals on Wheels of Los Angeles. Tickets go on sale this April.
